ForBetterHealth ("4BH") is building an innovative commercial technology-enabled services platform designed to help everyone achieve their full health potential. We are focused relentlessly on making a meaningful impact on health equity by enabling people to become educated and self-sufficient in screening, prevention and behavioral health.

 

We are in the business of keeping people healthy.

All 4BH services will be available at no cost to eligible persons enrolled in Medicaid Managed Care. Some 4BH services will be free for everyone.
 
Our solution is based on people and AI working together. We employ, train and empower local 4BH Care Teams, who have end-to-end responsibility for coordinating the preventive care needs of our members and overcoming the barriers of social determinants. Every team member is equipped with 4BH AI which supports them in delivering personalized evidence-based care.
